Minimum requirements:
- Karazhan ready and geared (see topic Raid issue -karazhan requirements),
- Use of addons (raid/ group/ char/ Boss),
- Willing to participate in Guild events,
- Be an active user of forums, WoW websites,
- Use of Ventrilo, WoW ingame voice chat.

IF you are going to invite someone below that level anyway, let them know ahead of time that they will not be able to participate in a lot of these things until they gain x number of levels.
